At the commencement of the design process, we discuss and agree on all pricing details with our customers. To initiate work on the muslin pattern, a 50% deposit is required, and the remaining balance is settled upon the completion of the project. The established pricing remains constant throughout, with exceptions made only for significant design changes or additional work added to the garment.

For our out-of-town customers, we happily accommodate multiple fittings over successive visits. Given the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our work, all custom-made orders are considered final sale.
